the room was clean and very comfortable. breakfast had great variety and the staff kept dishes replenished. transport was easy, a metro stop was right outside the front door. i would stay here again if ever in town.
i had a bit of luggage and there was no cart to take the bags to the room. no one at the reception offered assistance. i couldn't wait to leave.

i was really surprised by the hotel's location right by the metro station, on the red line straight from the airport. the breakfast was rich with varied pastries and fruits . i also appreciated the spacious and clean superior double room and its bathroom. the staff was helpful offering assistance with directions.
I found the absence of luggage carts to be a bit inconvenient, especially given i had quite a bit of luggage. Assistance from the reception would have been beneficial.
